Only administrators with accounts that include the PRIV_TASK_MANAGE privilege can access, schedule, and launch tasks.
When you create a Discovery search source, you can schedule the times when SirsiDynix Enterprise runs the search task for the source. To edit the scheduled interval, you can return to the search source and change the Full Indexing Schedule settings.

To schedule a trigger for a task
| 1 | Log in to the Admin console. |
| 2 | Choose Manage Search Configuration from the navigation pane. |
| 3 | Choose Manage Discovery Search Sources. |
| 4 | Choose the Edit option next to the Discovery search source that you want to reschedule. |
| 5 | Change the Full Indexing Schedule settings to the desired interval (For more information, see Fields: Add/Edit Discovery Search Sources .) |
