Deleting a custom book list

If you no longer need a custom book list, you can delete it from Manage Book Lists.

You can delete any custom book list. However, if the book list is the only list assigned to a room, the book river widget will display a message that there are currently no items in the list. After deleting the list, you should disable the book river in any room where the deleted list was selected, or select a new list for the book river.

To delete a custom book list

From the Admin console, choose Manage General Configuration > Manage Book Lists.

Select Add Custom Books list.

Choose Delete next to the custom book list you want to delete (bestseller, New Additions, and Most Popular lists cannot be deleted).

In the confirmation dialog box, choose OK.
