Enabling or disabling a mobile phone carrier

For a mobile phone carrier to appear in the Mobile Carrier drop down when a patron request a text message of the details in an item, you must enable that carrier in Manage Mobile Phone Carriers.

To enable or disable a mobile phone carrier

Choose Manage General Configuration from the navigation pane.

Choose Manage Mobile Phone Carriers.

Choose the check box in the Enabled column for the carrier you want to enable or disable.

A check in the box indicates that the carrier is enabled. Disabled carriers appear in gray text.
