You can add any search field in the drop-down list as a facet. Only the fields that appear in the list will display as a facet in the Searching interface.
To add a search field to the Facet Display
| 1 | Log in to the Admin console. |
| 2 | Choose Manage Profiles from the navigation pane. |
| 3 | Find the search profile to which you want to add a facet, then from the Select menu choose Configure Facet Display. |
| 4 | From the drop-down list, choose the search field you want to add as a facet to the list, then choose OK. |
The facet is added to the bottom of the list.
