You must be an Administrator with the PRIV_ROOMS_CONFIG privilege in order to customize the banner. (For information about roles, see Managing Roles.)
You can customize the search profile's banner with your own content using a WYSIWYG, HTML editor. These steps explain how this is to be done.
Depending on your configurations, there will be multiple navigation links in the header (Log In, My Account, My Lists, Library Information, etc.). These navigation links are in a fixed position and cannot be moved. Any image you place in the banner will be placed behind these navigation links.

To customize the profile footer
| 1 | Log in to the Admin console as an Administrator with the PRIV_ROOMS_CONFIG privilege. |
| 2 | Choose Manage Profiles. |
| 3 | For the profile you want to work with, choose Preview. |
The profile opens.
| 4 | In the header, choose edit. |
The Content Area Editor opens up.
The Content Area Editor is a WYSIWYG, HTML editor that works as a basic word processor. You can author in the graphic mode or change to the HTML mode to create and edit content. (For more information, see Fields: Preview Profiles.)
Important: Any image you use in the banner should not be taller than 100 pixels and can be no wider than 1000 pixels.
| 5 | Use the Content Area Editor to enter your own custom content. |
| 6 | Choose preview to see what the banner will look like with your custom content. |
| 7 | Choose save to save your changes and close the Content Area Editor for the header. |
