Deleting an exported assets file cannot be undone.
You can delete an exported asset file from the Export History list. When you delete the file, SirsiDynix Portfolio removes the file from the list and deletes the all of the exported metadata and associated asset files. Assets and metadata within your repository are not affected by deleting the file.

To delete an exported asset file
| 1 | Log in to the Admin console. |
| 2 | Choose Manage Assets from the navigation pane. |
| 3 | Choose Import/Export Assets. |
| 4 | Choose Export History. (For more information, see Fields: Export History.) |
| 5 | Choose Delete this task and its assets. |
| 6 | In the confirmation dialog box, choose OK to delete the file or Cancel to close the dialog box and return to the list. |
